Nederlands:<\/strong> ‘King’s Galliard’ wiens liefde voor Ierse muziek hen vanuit Holland naar Ierland bracht. Fluitist Jan Erik Noske ondekte Ierland en Ierse muziek in 1973 en bracht King’s Galliard naar het grootste Ierse muziekfestival ter wereld: Fleadh Cheoil na h\u00c9ireann. In de daaropvolgende jaren wonnen ze de eerste prijzen bij de Letterkenny Folk Festival and The Rose of Tralee. Later sloot de Welshe harpiste Kate Wilson zich aan bij King’s Galliard. Ze toerden door Europa en namen 5 lp’s\/cd’s op. Hun eerste optredens waren in Frankrijk (Parijs en Saint-Tropez).

Engels: <\/strong>‘King’s Galliard’ who’s love for Irish music made them come from Holland to Ireland. Flute-player Jan Erik Noske discovered Ireland and Irish music in 1973 and brought King’s Galliard to the biggest irish Music Festival in the World: Fleadh Cheoil na h\u00c9ireann. In the following years they got first prices at the Letterkenny Folk Festival and The Rose of Tralee. Later the Welsh Harpist Kate Wilson joined King’s Galliard. They toured through Europe and recorded 5 LP’s\/CD’s. Their first performances were in France (Paris and Saint Tropez).
